Scope Of Work
Amcon worked in conjunction with Multicare Associates to design and
build a new medical center to serve Fridley and surrounding
communities. This facility is located on the campus of Unity Hospital
in Fridley, Minnesota. Developed by Premier Commercial Properties,
this 60,000 square foot medical center offers a wide range of patient
services including family medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine,
obstetrics/gynecology and urgent care. This project included a new climate controlled skyway which is
connected to the Unity Professional Building to the north.
