Scope Of Work
Blaine Medical Center is a state-of-the-art, suburban Class A multi-tenant medical office building. the 84,000 sf building was designed to take full advantage of the 5.65 acre site. While the site was modified to create a lower north end to allow the most natural light to penetrate the lower level offices for a better working environment, the building was situated to create the most visibility from Blaine’s busiest thoroughfare, Highway 65.
Amcon designed the building with two objectives in mind. The first, to appeal to the many medical practitioners, professionals, and the patrons who visit. The second, to design a building that enhanced the City of Blaine and provide a building with long-lasting visual appeal. The anchor tenant and long-time Blaine medical provider, Multicare Associates, who had outgrown their former location, played a major role in the design of the facility.
