Scope Of Work
Sitework: Remove and replace existing utilities including domestic and fire water lines, sanitary piping, and stainless steel steam piping
Foundation: Underpinning of existing and new foundations for new sub-basement mechanical room addition and two (2) new elevator shafts
Structure: Existing cast-in-place five story structure. Renovation includes shoring and reinforcing existing structure for new load requirements.
Façade: Existing masonry veneer fully restored including cleaning and re-pointing of existing brick.
Roof System: Existing slate roof.
Finishes: Interior metal stud framed drywall partitions, drywall and acoustical ceilings, plastic laminate and extensive custom woodworks, stainless steel custom railings and accents, carpeting, VCT, and poured in place floor finishes.
Mechanical: Floor mounted custom Air Handling Unit serving the basement through fifth floors, supplemented with VAV and fan-coil units
Electrical: Upgraded 1200 A electrical service, with complete new fire alarm, lightning protection, tele/data and network cabling systems.
