It is my pleasure to commend the capabilities, managment and leadership of CDI, Inc. of Terre Haute, Indiana.
CDI, Inc. has performed several firm fixed-price, at-risk, construction projects at the Newport Chemical Agent Disposal Facility (NECDF) over the past five years. Recently CDI completed a firm-price, at-risk project at NECDF related to the installation of a complicated process to decontaminate containers which previously held VX nerve agent. The installation was difficult, challenging, and had to be completed on schedule to allow the NECDF to start-up on time. The project was completed on time and under budget. The success of CDI, Inc. is attributable to a professional staff that carefully planned the work which resulted in safely completing this project on schedule and within budget. Potential field changes were immediately brought to Parsons' attention with recommended approaches that led to quick resolutions whic kept the project focused on safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
I recommend without reservation to owners and businesses that they contract with CDI, Inc.
