Scope Of Work
The Cloverdale Community School Corporation completed a $15 million middle school building with CDI being our general contractor. It was completed on time. This was primarily accomplished because of their site superintendent and their overall commitment to our corporation. I recommend their services without reservation.
CDI, Inc was selected to construct a new 158,000 SF Junior High School for Cloverdale Community School Corporation. This facility consisted of a steel and masonry structure, with precast plank second floor construction and metal roofing. Unique aspects of this project include storefront stairways, barrel Vault ceiling entry and the metal truss roof system.
