Scope Of Work

CDI was selected in August 2005 as the General Contractor for the Aisin Brake Project in Terre Haute, IN.  The construction schedule given to CDI was very tight.  Construction would begin in September and must be complete by May of 2006.  The project includes offices and manufacturing floor space totaling 200,000 square feet.  The project is on schedule and under budget. 

I have worked with many construction firms on numerous projects for Aisin throughout North America and can honestly say this project has been managed more effectively than any of the other projects.

CDI field personnel have demonstrated very high technical skills.  The project manager has always been accurate and timely with all correspondence and project detail management.  Accounting documents and project costs controls are impeccably accurate.

CDI personnel were very instrumental in keeping this project on time and under budget.  The entire CDI staff was dedicated to making cost saving, value engineering recommendations to Aisin.  Those ideas have saved Aisin several hundred thousand dollars.
