Description
This project began with Sollitt developing, utilizing our in-house capability, a preliminary floor plan for the medical practice. After this plan was amended by the doctors to suit their specific needs, we developed a proposal which was accepted by the practice. Sollitt then engaged the services of an architect to complete construction documents. In November, 2011, Parkview made it clear they wanted to move in by summer, 2012 even though they had not yet acquired the property. Sollitt expedited construction documents and the Building Permit process with the Village of New Lenox so that construction began within days of Parkview closing on the property.
