Description
The Elston Center Development involved site preparation for the Mariano’s Fresh Market, Chase Bank and Apollo Manufacturing. Sollitt then built the Mariano’s Fresh Market including all finishes and fixturing. The design creates a neighborhood shopping environment filled with amenities like an Italian coffee shop serving authentic gelato, a wood-fired pizza oven, sit down sushi bar and a full-service pharmacy. This project was constructed in a dense urban setting which required careful logistics planning to minimize inconvenience to residents and businesses in the area.
