Description
Sollitt had to completely shut the existing Servery down during construction. The project consisted of a complete demolition of all of the kitchen equipment. Underground plumbing had to be modified to accommodate the new layout for the Servery. Sollitt furnished new electrical, plumbing, and upgraded the finishes and under the owners contract all new kitchen equipment was furnished and installed. Due to the Servery being close down the existing cafeteria and recently completed Subway Shop on the lst floor temporarily provided retail food service. The hospitals patient food service was maintained in operation throughout the entire project.
