Description
The Loyola University Medical Center Parking Facility is located on the main campus in Maywood, . Our Construction Manage-
ment team provided extensive Value Engineering services that helped maintain the budget and schedule for this 6-story parking structure. The Parking facility is constructed of precast concrete framing with double “T” precast deck planks and includes a lobby and elevator towers that are enclosed with glazed curtain walls. Located in the heart of the Loyola University Medical Campus, the Project demanded careful attention to Site Logistics and Traffic Control all while working within a Healthcare environment.
