Description
The original owner abandoned the completed shell ten years prior to acquisition by Chicago Lakeshore Hospital. The Clarendon Pavilion is now a state of the art In-Patient Behavioral Health Hospital. Major project components are; patient rooms, dining areas, day rooms, and an ASDA serving kitchen. Work also included the development of two adjacent lots for general parking, parking specific to The Clarendon Pavilion and a park.
