Scope Of Work
Frederick Quinn Corporation (FQC) provided renovations and additions to St. Hubert Church in Hoffman Estates, IL. A new entry vestibule with a narthex area and newly constructed font were part of this project. Renovations to this 2 story church included basement work. The exterior work included a new roof and gutters, and resurfacing of the asphalt parking lot including new curbs. This successful project was completed on time and under budget. Highlights of the project include:
New elevator tower
New porcelain tile floors, pews, and lighting
New HVAC & plumbing systems, new bathroom facilities
New audio system
Basement work renovations including multipurpose room with VCT floors
Refinishing of existing wood ceiling and glue lam beams
Revised exterior lighting and fencing
