Scope Of Work
The Pittsburgh Pirates Strength and Conditioning facility project consist of 12,300 SF Pre-Engineered Metal Building with a 1,000 SF exercise mezzanine. There is 9,000 SF open floor plan with a flexibility area, strength and power area and agility area as well as a 1,500 SF outdoor covered turf area. The facility is covered primarily with a specialized rubber flooring material, office space for staff to work and observe players while they are training on the most up to date workout equipment.
