Scope Of Work
Manatee Players Performing Arts Theater is a 35,000 square foot 2 story facility. The main theater seats 300 people. Once complete, the facility will also boast a 125 seat studio theater, youth classrooms, catering kitchen, scene shop, costume shop, administrative offices and training facilities for the production, lighting and rigging staff.
The Manatee Players project has been a team effort in fundraising and construction. The project is phased based on available funds. The team (Owner, Architect and Contractor) works together to raise funds and then determines the best way to utilize those funds through phasing of the construction to gain the most vale for the Manatee Players, Inc .
