Scope Of Work
NDC Construction Company got it done on the Goodwill Industries International, Inc. Manatee headquarters. The 27,000-square-foot building was designed by Fawley Bryant Architects in Bradenton and consolidated administrative, service and educational operations for 50 or 60 employees working throughout the region. Another 50 to 60 people work in the 35,866-square-foot retail store and drive-through donation center attached to the administrative complex. The headquarters and retail center are now open and operating.
