Scope Of Work
The Pittsburgh Pirates Bill McKechnie Clubhouse project consists of a 22,516 SF Clubhouse facility with 2 spacious locker rooms, hydro therapy plunge pool room, weight training room, full service kitchen, conference and training rooms as well as office space. The state of the art Clubhouse facility is located at 1611 9th Street West in Bradenton, FL.
The Bill McKechnie Clubhouse project and City Yard improvements were built on an aggressive 5.5 month schedule. The project began in September 1st, 2014 and was completed, on time and on budget, by February of 2015 just in time for Spring Training.
