Scope Of Work
72,000-square-foot campus redevelopment project at Madison Richard C. Simis Elementary in Phoenix, AZ. Phase I included demolishing an existing building and constructing a new classroom building. Phase II included demolishing some existing buildings and constructing new administration offices, a library/media center, classrooms and a preschool.
