Scope Of Work
Located directly on Siesta Key Bay, the Summer Cove condominium complex is composed of 2 new buildings, one 9-stories, and the other 6-stories, both with garage parking underneath. The site includes a large clubhouse, pool, and boat slips.
?The complex has a total of 47 units ranging from 2,100 SF to 3,200 SF. Units feature outdoor living space with incredible views to the bay and beach across the street. This site was one of the few left available on Siesta Key and is located only a half mile from Siesta Village.
There was an existing restaurant building on the site that was historically significant to the Sarasota School architectural style. The glass-enclosed structure was updated with hurricane glass and both the building and surrounding lush tropical landscaping were both preserved through conversion into the clubhouse.
Snavely Group was the developer and general contractor for this $42 million project. The property was 75% sold prior to the start of its 16 month construction schedule.
