Scope Of Work

Milestone constructed the additions and renovations to the Gilman Library in Alton, New Hampshire. The project included additions to three sides of the building along with the construction of a handicapped accessible walkway to the front of the building.

Milestone kept the library in business for the entire   construction period despite the construction activities on all sides of the building.

The expansion included a new adult reading room, a children’s room, a new circulation desk and lobby, and the construction of a display room for the local historical society on the lower level.
