Scope Of Work

Milestone performed renovations, restoration, and additions to the First Parish Church in Dover, New Hampshire. Work included the total restoration of the church steeple, structural upgrades to the entire roof structure, the addition of a new two-story entrance structure to accommodate stairs and elevator to the basement along with a new lobby, and the total renovation and expansion of the basement of the church into a new fellowship hall.

Of significant note on this project was the problem with water infiltration within the basement of the building. Milestone undertook a basement drainage system to intercept the water from entering the lower church level and divert and remove it so as to allow the space to accommodate religious and fellowship hall programs along with child daycare.
