Scope Of Work
Milestone was the Construction Manager for the Dunbar Free Library in Grantham, NH. We worked with the library trustees over a period of three years while funds were raised providing preconstruction services.
The project consisted of a new single story 1,500sf addition and the complete renovation to the existing Dunbar Free Library building. The wood framed addition serves as a stack area as well as a new entrance to the library. The existing stack area was reconfigured and turned into administrative areas including office, storage, bathrooms and circulation. The original, historic section, of the library was converted to stacks and seating.
