Scope Of Work
Complete alteration to exterior of clubhouse including new covered walkway entrance, porte cochere and terrace. Interior renovations included a new elevator, expanded banquet room and kitchen area. As well as demolition of existing building, construction of a new 3,500 SF pool house and cabana and reconfiguration of entire parking lot.
