Scope Of Work
This project consisted of a 50,000sf occupied college facility with an antiquated HVAC system running throughout the ceilings of the entire Science/Administration 601 building. This renovation required a complete classroom and science laboratory remodel, the upgrade of electrical, mechanical, phone, fire alarm and safety systems and the installation of fume hoods in the Organic Laboratory and other rooms.
