Scope Of Work
Scope: ACT was selected by iStar Financial to be the general contractor for their new tenant, NASDAQ traded Dialogic, Inc. We were to program the interior planning and move from their San Jose office to a new corporate facility in Milpitas.
Project Highlights: The challenge was to plan and convert the existing built-up hot water re-heat HVAC system to a more conventional VAV system with 30 tons of additional 24/7 cooling capacity for their server farm.
