Scope Of Work
Conceptual / programming estimate developed for the renovation of the Aubert Hall at the University of Maine, Orono. The estimate consisted of multiple chemistry laboratories with breakout spaces and a 200 seat lecture hall. Detailed estimate for each space was established to allow for a more efficient scope of work selection process, allowing the owner to choose which spaces could be renovated with the current budget. Work included reconfiguring areas into laboratory space or breakout rooms, flooring, lighting, ceilings, wall replacement, HVAC and mechanical improvements.
