Scope Of Work
PCM performed cost estimating at the schematic design and 80% CD level for the Construction Manager during the design of the new Lackland Center at Centenary College. The 68,000 sq. ft. facility includes a student center, performing arts center, educational building and conference facility. The project features 500 seat Sitnik Theater, Edith Bolte Kutz 42’ Theater, a student dining hall for 450 and café for 55 patrons. Also incorporated into the design were space for the college radio station, T.V. studio, editing rooms and a music library. The center was named after the individuals that made it possible with a lead gift, Carol and David Lackland.
