Scope Of Work
Cost estimating services performed at the concept and design development stage for the new community center in Presque Isle, ME. PCM worked closely with the design team to price various alternates and provided value management options to help bring the project within budget. The new recreation center includes a large central lobby equipped with a reception counter and administrative offices, a separate 1,200 sq. ft. pool house with an outdoor pool and splash pad, and outdoor baseball fields. The facility incorporates space for all ages and abilities with an indoor walking track, gymnasium, teen and senior centers and multi-purpose rooms.
