Scope Of Work
As the cost consultants on the new headquarters for Patriot Insurance Company in Yarmouth, ME, PCM developed estimates during the conceptual design, design development and a redesign development stages of the project. The property includes a 34,500 sq. ft. office building and 730 sq. ft. garage set on the Royal River. The project consisted of a three story office, gym, catering kitchen and large conference area / meeting space. On the river side, a daylight basement accommodates an employee kitchen and dining area which extends to an exterior patio space.
