Scope Of Work
PCM provided cost estimating services at the schematic, design development, 60% and 100% Construction Document phases of design. The design was three levels, had a 750 seat auditorium and included extensive site work inclusive of roads and traffic lights. After the early site package was released the state determined there was no further funding available and the project was put on hold. In February 2009 the project was resurrected and redesign began with a reduced size and modifications to the design. A full Schematic Estimate was undertaken in March 2009. PCM estimated the final construction documents in August and September of 2012 for the newly designed building.
