Scope Of Work
Construction cost estimates at the pre-Schematic and schematic phases of design for the developer and architect for a brand new 258,256 sq. ft. oceanfront Marriott Hotel. The project included a 172 room hotel, an entertainment complex including a restaurant and casino and exterior recreational space along with a seafront promenade along the Atlantic Ocean. Due to the project running over the Owner’s budget many revisions and value engineering sessions were undertaken.
