Scope Of Work
Cost estimating services provided to the architect during the design of the new independent senior housing facility in New York. The design included three 3-story builds creating a large site work package. The three buildings were comprised of common areas for residents, guests, and staff, one hundred (one and two bedroom) apartments for residents, two large commercial style kitchens, dining commons, wellness/fitness area, multi-purpose room, and salon.
