Scope Of Work
PCM provided estimating, scheduling, value engineering, and claims analysis services for the the owner during design and through construction completion. The scope included renovation of the multi-story 330 unit apartment building in the heart of New York City at Lincoln Square. Renovations included all corridors and entry lobby totaling 81,025 sq. ft. Exterior renovations of finishes, individual units’ exterior walls removed and replaced with window walls for a Central Park view.
