Scope Of Work
ESI was contracted to make masonry repairs to the Scituate Lighthouse! The scope of work included performing brick rebuilding & coating. Sandblast the existing coatings from the exterior masonry surfaces, cut and repoint all masonry mortar joints, remove and replace all deteriorated and missing brick masonry units, and apply a waterproof, elastomeric coating to all masonry surfaces, install an automatic dehumidifier with appropriate ductwork and electrical connections.
