Scope Of Work
ESI was contracted to work on the beautiful Presbyterian Church in Roxbury, MA. The scope of work included: cut and point all stone masonry mortar joints. The new mortar was tooled to create a raised, half-round joint profile, also known as a “grapevine” joint. ESI pressure injected cracked stones throughout the facade. The stone stairways and handrails were removed and reset to properly shed water. Each elevation was cleaned with a mild detergent to remove all atmospheric dirt.
