Scope Of Work
ESI was contacted to replace the failed masonry wall. Since the metal ties holding the masonry veneer to the backup wall had failed, ESI removed the brick veneer, install new galvanized lintels with appropriate flashing over each fenestration and at the base of the wall, install new wall ties, apply a liquid air barrier to the backup wall, and install new brick to match the existing masonry veneer.
