ESI was contracted to cut & point masonry mortar joints, remove lead-based paint at all windows and repaint, pressure grout cracks in the stone window sills, replace all window perimeter sealants, replace broken and spalled brick masonry units under the direction of the Back Bay Architectural Commission.
