Scope Of Work
ESI was contracted to work on a commercial building at 144 Beacon St.
The standing seams between the copper panels had failed, allowing water to penetrate behind the copper cladding and into the living space. ESI applied a waterproof, silicone membrane over the joints to provide an economical, innocuous, waterproof seal. The methods and materials required Back Bay Architectural Commission review, approval, and appropriate permits.
