Scope Of Work
With an engaging tower design to announce its presence on one of the busiest intersections in the city, this fully fire sprinklered new bank branch features custom exterior aluminum sunshades, distinctive millwork at the teller line and a grand barrel vaulted ceiling. Sited over the top of a former oil well, soil and methane remediation were incorporated into the construction as well as a stormwater retention system designed to capture 1,273 cubic feet of water. This project was completed on time and under budget.
