Scope Of Work

The Chicago Rockford International Airport is Illinois’ second largest airport with three primary runways, year-round air operations, and 1750 acres of facilities devoted to commercial, general, and regional aircraft for corporate/industrial use.

The budget was predetermined by a bond sale prior to establishing a schematic design and building cost estimate.  We were able to work with Larson & Darby Group providing budget/design integration by bidding various building components separately, thereby selecting major constructions systems which would adequately serve the design criteria as well as the budget limitations.  The project was delivered on time and within budget.
