Spectrum Health has relied on Grand River Construction for numerous projects. Not the least was this four-story parking structure, which spans two blocks of Grand Rapids’ rapidly growing medical community. The foundation for the Spectrum Health Lemmon-Holton Cancer Pavilion, the buildings housing Spectrum Health Towers 25 and 35, and Michigan State University’s College of Human Medicine, the structure symbolizes Grand River Construction’s strength in concrete management, in developing and managing schedules, organizing material, labor and site logistics, and concrete technology.
