Scope Of Work
Demolition Work: Removal Aggregate, Existing Storm Sewer Piping, Storm Structures, Process Water Piping, Potable Water Piping Sanitary Waste Piping, Concrete Pavement, Asphalt Paving, Underground piping, Electrical and Communication underground utilities.
Site Development Work: Supply and install Erosion Control Devices, Dewatering Services, Underground Utilities, Foundations, Sumps, Manholes, Underground Piping, Underground Duct Bank, Excavation and backfill, for foundations, sumps, manholes, underground piping, underground duct banks and below grade ground conductor.
Underground Utility Work: Confirm the location of all existing utilities with the Owner. Supply and install all underground piping, valves, structures, storm drains and area drain covers, storm structures, catch basins, manholes, process water piping, potable water piping, sanitary waste, and fire protection piping, underground duct banks and conduits, electrical manholes.
Foundations and Concrete Work: Install concrete mat foundations, pedestals, thrust blocks, cast-in-place anchor rods and embedded metals.
