Scope Of Work

The Cabin Run sanitary sewage pump station was built in Manassas in 2006 for a new residential housing development.  Houses in the development were already under construction when the developers contracted with WG Construction to build a sanitary sewage pump station.  WG Construction was tasked with completing the station prior to homeowners closing on their new homes.  Because houses were already built, WG Construction put in a temporary pump-around until the station was complete.  The station’s cast-in-place concrete structure, the mechanical systems and piping, and the building controls were self-performed, resulting in a quick turnaround and lower cost.
