Scope Of Work
THE CHALLENGE
With the revitalization of downtown Memphis and the entertainment district, parking was at a premium. The FedEx Forum needed safe and easily accessible parking to support the influx of visitors for concerts, games, and other major events.
THE RESULTS
We built a five-story parking structure consisting of approximately 1,500 parking spaces. The FedEx Forum Parking Garage includes over 400,000 square feet of poured and pre-cast concrete to complement the existing FedEx Forum. The garage, which is now sponsored by Toyota, is located adjacent to the FedEx Forum – home of the Memphis Grizzlies and the University of Memphis Tigers’ basketball teams.
