Scope Of Work

This was a ground-up construction of a Mr. C’s Store with Chevron gas station and a second retail shell building. We worked directly with the customer to build this project, meeting all plans and expectations, and working out the details and changes along the way.  We partnered with Bear Services, LP to do all the earthwork, storm sewer, concrete, and fuel; and used our trusted team to finish the remaining construction and buildout. Below you will find the process documented in pictures.
