Scope Of Work
DeAndrea was contracted to provide a multitude of services in regards to the renovation of the Platte Valley School located in Ovid, CO.
We are providing the saw cutting and removal services for plumbing trenches. We are also responsible for the saw cutting and removal of the doorway and mechanical openings located within the facility. DeAndrea, being a one of a kind concrete cutting contractor is also providing the structural steel for both the doorway and mechanical openings as large as 10' x 15' in size.
Lastly, we are also providing the demolition of a mezzanine slab and removal the structural steel located beneath the slab.
