Scope Of Work
Built in 1922 by industrialist Charles Deering as a secluded oasis of pristine nature. This incredible resource is the site of some of South Florida's earliest prehistoric Indian settlements. The 358 acre estate is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. It is comprised of the Richmond Inn, a two story, vernacular frame hotel, circa 1895, and the Deering Mansion, designed by architect Phineas Paist in 1922. Keystone Restoration was commissioned by Dade County as general contractor for the building's complete interior and exterior restoration. |
