Scope Of Work
International based, trailer manufacturer Edmonton Trailer expanded operations into Minnesota to diversify their business. They located the existing 30,000+ SF building in Sartell, a former storage facility, which was not being utilized as the (former) Verso Paper Mill closed their facility.
Edmonton Trailer specialized in heavy-haul and oversize trailer systems garnering their expertise in the mining business. Working closely with BCI Construction, the facility quickly went from a simple warehouse to regional offices and a manufacturing facility which included cranes, overhead door openings, heavy mechanical systems, and much more.
