Scope Of Work
This highly-visible client selected Construction for their comprehensive 15,000 SF Design-Assist building renovation. Pre-construction consulting was provided to assist with asbestos abatement planning, as well as building analysis planning services.
The project included required demolition, all new interior finishes, elevator modernization, full mechanical replacement, plumbing modifications and electrical upgrades.
Other scope requirements included replacement of all exterior window systems, fully custom millwork, audio/video component enhancements, restoration of exterior masonry facade, seal coating of parking area and extensive landscaping.
