Scope Of Work
Construction was selected as CM-R partner for the USC Honors College Residence Hall Expansion. This expansion is located on the high-density corner of South Main & Blossom Streets, within the University’s main campus. The new vertical construction consists of a 5-story structure infill, serving to compliment adjacent Honors College structures in design and exterior aesthetics. The finished expansion will feature 136 new beds, a roof-top terrace, classrooms, a lecture hall, and faculty offices, as well as a basement level to house mechanical, equipment, storage and other facility maintenance needs.
