Scope Of Work

Toby’s Place is a new 35,500 SF facility serves as a shelter to 70 to 75 women and children. The structure is two stories tall, with a welcoming double front porch and windows to take advantage of natural light. Extensive pre-construction services were employed to assist in bringing the project to fruition while working diligently with local jurisdiction zoning requirements, as well as value-driven budget parameters.
